Shipping area and charges

We ship only within the United States. Current flat-rate charges are $40 for each felt or straw hat, $30 for boots, and $15 for snapback hats. The checkout screen shows the shipping charge before payment.

Processing time

Custom-shaped felt and straw hat orders are generally prepared and shipped within approximately two weeks and may ship sooner. Detailed shaping requests and carrier delays may affect delivery time.

Boot order time frame

Boot orders may take approximately two to three weeks to ship. Certain exotic skins, sizes, and custom orders may need to be manufactured, which usually requires about two weeks before the order is ready to ship.

Hat size and shaping

Hat sizing can vary by brand and head shape. Customers should confirm their size before ordering or call the store for help. Our hat crafters shape each hat by hand from the brim, crown, inspiration photo, and notes supplied with the order. Small handmade variations are normal.

All sales are final

Botas Mexico Western Wear does not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the selected size, color, toe style, brim, crown, and custom-shaping instructions carefully before placing an order. Once an order is submitted, it is considered final sale.

Incorrect, defective, or damaged orders

If an item arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged, keep the original item, box, and packaging and contact the store promptly. We will review the order and help resolve the issue. This assistance does not create a general return or exchange policy.

Delivery problems

Keep the original box and packaging and contact us promptly if a shipment arrives damaged, is missing, or appears lost. We will help with the carrier or insurance claim.
